GENERAL PROVISIONS

The following words and terms, when used in this chapter, have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

Act—The Local Health Administration Law (16 P. S. § § 12001—12028).

Department—The Department of Health of the Commonwealth.
