1. (a) HIP will provide no more than $100,000 for case management and rehabilitation services for a client during a rehabilitation period. This amount will be reduced by any client share of costs under § 4.13(b) (relating to payment for HIP services).
2. (b) HIP will provide no more than $1,000 for case management services for a client during a transition period. This amount will be reduced by any client share of costs under § 4.13(b).
3. (c) The Division will notify an applicant of these maximum funding limits when it accepts the applicant as a client.
