If the Fund determines that the requirements in § 977.31 (relating to eligibility requirements) have been satisfied, coverage by the Fund will be effective from the date the application is received. A HOT owner or operator will have continu-ous coverage provided all fees are paid within 30 days of the due date indicated on the statement provided by the Fund.
