1. (a) At the conclusion of the proceedings, the Board will issue an adjudication containing a discussion, findings of fact, conclusions of law and an order.
2. (b) The Board will serve a copy of the adjudication on all parties to the proceeding or their representatives.
3. (c) Subsections (a) and (b) supersede 1 Pa. Code § 35.226 (relating to final orders).
