REGISTRATION REVIEW

A registration application will not be approved unless the applicant affirmatively demonstrates to the Department’s satisfaction that the following conditions are met:

1. (1) The registration application is complete and accurate.
2. (2) The requirements of the act, the environmental protection acts and this subchapter have been complied with.
3. (3) The compliance status of the applicant or a related party under section 503(c) and (d) of the act (35 P. S. § 6018.503(c) and (d)) does not require or allow registration denial.
