25 Pa. Code § 240.601 – Scope.

(a) This subchapter applies to QA requirements for:
1. (1) Persons conducting radon testing and radon laboratory analysis activities.
2. (2) Testing devices listed with the Department on the individual’s certification.
(b) The subchapter does not apply to tests performed for the sole purpose of diagnostic testing.
