1. (a) A person who anticipates performing laboratory analysis of samples to determine radon concentrations shall file a complete application for laboratory analysis certification a minimum of 30 days prior to the anticipated starting date of laboratory analysis.
2. (b) A laboratory individual certification application postmarked after the previous laboratory individual certification expiration date will be charged a late application fee as set forth in Appendix A (relating to radon certification fee schedule).
