1. (a) A person who anticipates conducting radon mitigation services shall file a complete application for certification a minimum of 30 days prior to the anticipated starting date of mitigation activities.
2. (b) A certified individual renewal application postmarked after the previous certified individual certification expiration date will be charged a late application fee as set forth in Appendix A (relating to radon certification fee schedule).
