1. (a) A facility shall have a survey made by, or under the direction of, a qualified expert. The survey shall also be done after a change in the facility or equipment which might cause a change in radiation levels.
2. (b) The qualified expert or radiological physicist shall report the survey results in writing to the individual in charge of the facility and a copy of the report shall be maintained by the registrant for inspection by the Department. The facility shall be operated in compliance with limitations indicated by the survey.
