PHASE I APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS—GENERAL PROVISIONS
The Phase I application shall:
(1) Comply with § § 289.112—289.114 and 289.121—289.128.
(2) Comply with Chapter 287, Subchapter C (relating to general requirements for permits and permit applications).
