1. (a) Information specified in the ACP agreement shall be maintained by the responsible ACP party for at least 3 years after the records are generated. The records must be clearly legible and maintained in good condition during this period.

2. (b) The records specified in this section shall be made available to the Department:

   1. (1) Immediately upon request during an onsite visit to a responsible ACP party.
   2. (2) Within 15 working days after receipt of a written request from the Department.
   3. (3) Within a time period mutually agreed upon by both the Department and the responsible ACP party.
