1. (a) Initial compliance report date. The initial compliance report shall be submitted to the Department within 60 days after the compliance date specified in § 129.101(b) and (c) (relating to general provisions and applicability). The report shall include the items required by § 129.104(b) (relating to compliance procedures and monitoring requirements).

2. (b) Semiannual compliance report dates. When demonstrating compliance in accordance with § 129.104(a)(1) or (2), a semiannual report covering the previous 6 months of wood furniture manufacturing operations shall be submitted to the Department according to the following schedule:

   1. (1) The first report shall be submitted within 30 calendar days after the end of the first 6-month period following the compliance date specified in § 129.101(b) and (c).
   2. (2) Subsequent reports shall be submitted within 30 calendar days after the end of each 6-month period following the first report.
   3. (3) Each semiannual report shall include the information required by § 129.104(c) and (d), a statement of whether the facility was in compliance or noncompliance and, if the facility was in noncompliance, the measures taken to bring the facility into compliance.
