PERMITS

In addition to the information required under § 105.13 (relating to permit applications—information and fees), applications for new and existing docks, wharves and bulkheads shall contain the following information:

1. (1) The exact location of the structure.
2. (2) A plan showing the dimensions of the structure, and if applicable, the dimensions of the mooring area.
3. (3) A plan indicating the relation of the structure and mooring area to the banks and channel, neighboring structures and mooring areas, the navigation channel and the normal pool elevation or ordinary low water mark.
4. (4) Cross sections indicating elevations of structures, location of pilings and water depth.
5. (5) The purposes for which the structure will be used.
6. (6) Other information the Department may require.
