GENERAL PROVISIONS

This subchapter is applicable to assessments of civil penalties under:

1. (1) Section 11 of the Coal Refuse Disposal Control Act (52 P. S. § 30.61).
2. (2) Section 605(b) of The Clean Streams Law (35 P. S. § 691.605).
3. (3) Section 18.4 of the Surface Mining Conservation and Reclamation Act (52 P.S. § 1396.18d).
4. (4) Section 17(f) and (g) of the Bituminous Mine Subsidence and Land Conservation Act (52 P. S. § 1406.17(f) and (g)).
