1. (a) The Commission will determine the amount of funds available for funding under the Technical Assistance Funding Program.
2. (b) Priority for funding may be given to project areas if no other technicians have been funded by other Commission programs.
3. (c) The Commission may reallocate funds if an agreement cannot be fulfilled by the district, agency and cooperating organization.
