25 Pa. Code § 78.19
(a) An applicant shall pay a permit application fee according to the following schedule:

| 7,001 to 7,500 | $1,050 |
| 7,501 to 8,000 | $1,150 |
| 8,001 to 8,500 | $1,250 |
| 8,501 to 9,000 | $1,350 |
