Upon cause shown, on petition of any person or party in interest, the court may

1. (1) release specific property from a levy upon the filing of a bond or security approved by the court in an amount based upon the value of the property, or the amount of the judgment, interest, and probable costs, whichever is less, or

2. (2) release part of the property, if the value of the property levied upon is excessive compared to the amount of the judgment, interest, and probable costs.
