1. (a) The chairperson of the Council or a designee from the Council will be chairperson. The chairperson will preside at all meetings, work closely with the Chief Executive Officer in developing meeting agenda, call meetings as needed, and generally represent the Commission.
2. (b) Other officers may be appointed on a permanent or temporary basis by the chairperson as the need demands.
