1. (a) The amount of all license fees and renewal fees are as follows:

   1. (1) School fees:

      1. (i) Initial … $500
      2. (ii) Renewal … $300

   2. (2) Instructor fees:

      1. (i) Initial … $30
      2. (ii) Renewal … $20

   3. (3) Agent fees:

      1. (i) Initial … $5
      2. (ii) Renewal … $5

   4. (4) Vehicle identification registration:

      1. (i) Initial … $10
      2. (ii) Renewal/transfer … $5
2. (b) All license fees and renewal fees shall be paid by money order or check, payable to the ‘‘Pennsylvania Department of Revenue’’ and shall be attached to the application for a license or license renewal.
