If a school designates an educational supervisor, the following apply:

1. (1) Duties.

   1. (i) Responsibility for a group of instructors in a particular field or area of specialization.
   2. (ii) Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, instructional assistance, recordkeeping and curriculum.

2. (2) Qualifications. An educational supervisor shall meet the qualifications for an instructor under § 73.104 (relating to instructor) and have at least one of the following:

   1. (i) Two years of teaching experience.
   2. (ii) Experience equivalent to 1 year’s employment as a supervisor.
   3. (iii) A relevant post-baccalaureate degree.
