1. (a) Indoor space.

   1. (1) Thirty-six square feet of floor space per student in rooms with a minimum height of 8-foot ceilings is required for individualized tutoring.
   2. (2) Twenty-five square feet of floor space per student in rooms with a minimum height of 8-foot ceilings is required for tutoring small groups of elementary age students.
   3. (3) Fifteen square feet of floor space per student in rooms with a minimum height of 8-foot ceilings is required for tutoring small groups of secondary age students.

2. (b) Restrooms.

   1. (1) There shall be separate restroom facilities for boys and girls.
   2. (2) There shall be a minimum of one flush toilet and one washbowl for every 20 female students.
   3. (3) There shall be a minimum of one flush toilet and one washbowl for every 20 male students.
