Subject to additional definitions contained in other provisions of these Internal Operating Procedures that are applicable to specific provisions, the following words and phrases when used in these Internal Operating Procedures shall have, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, the meanings given to them in this Section:

Election law matter.—An action, proceeding, or appeal that implicates issues related to any election and designated by the President Judge as an election law matter for purposes of Section 112(b).
