1. (A) After findings of fact and conclusions of law become final pursuant to Rule 503, the Court shall hold a hearing in open court on the issue of sanctions.

2. (B) Following the sanction hearing, the Court shall enter an order in writing on the issue of sanctions. This order shall constitute a final order of discipline pursuant to Article V, § 18 of the Pennsylvania Constitution.
