(a) For each judicial proceeding, the procedure using the SGS Web-based Sentence Risk Assessment Instrument shall be as follows:

1. (1) Prepare all guideline sentence forms prior to sentencing using SGS Web as required by § 303.1(e):

   1. (i) create a Judicial Proceeding;
   2. (ii) complete the Prior Record Score module;
   3. (iii) complete the Offense module, including all offenses for which the offender has been convicted and are pending before the court for sentencing at the same time;
   4. (iv) upon completion of the Offense module, guideline sentence forms are available;
   5. (v) for cases identified by the Sentence Risk Assessment Instrument, ‘‘Additional Information Recommended’’ is included on the guideline sentence form;
   6. (vi) additional information, if prepared, shall be provided to the court for consideration prior to sentencing.
