- (a) The Administrative Office, upon being called upon by the justice, judge or magisterial district judge affected, may retain, and where appropriate compensate, special counsel who shall represent a justice, judge or magisterial district judge who is named a defendant in judicial proceedings by reason of acts or omissions alleged to have been done or omitted under color of office.
- (b) The Administrative Office shall increase the budget request of the Judicial Department for the Fiscal Year 1974-75 as otherwise adopted this date by an amount deemed necessary to cover the estimated cost of compliance with this order.
