Pa.R.D.E. 202 – Disciplinary districts.

(a) Disciplinary jurisdiction in this Commonwealth shall be divided into the following districts:
1. (1) District I-the County of Philadelphia.
2. (2) District II-the Counties of Berks, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Lancaster, Lehigh, Montgomery, Northampton and Schuylkill.
3. (3) District III-the counties of Adams, Bradford, Cameron, Carbon, Centre, Clinton, Columbia, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Fulton, Huntingdon, Juniata, Lackawanna, Lebanon, Luzerne, Lycoming, Mifflin, Monroe, Montour, Northumberland, Perry, Pike, Potter, Snyder, Sullivan, Susquehanna, Tioga, Union, Wayne, Wyoming and York.
4. (4) District IV-the counties of Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver, Bedford, Butler, Blair, Cambria, Clarion, Clearfield, Crawford, Elk, Erie, Fayette, Forest, Greene, Indiana, Jefferson, Lawrence, McKean, Mercer, Somerset, Venango, Warren, Washington and Westmoreland.
(b) The disciplinary district which shall have jurisdiction over a person subject to these rules shall be any district in which the person maintains an office or the district in which the conduct under investigation occurred.
