1. (a) The fee for filing a fictitious name registration or performing a service in connection with an ancillary transaction is $52.
2. (b) As used in this section, the term ‘‘ancillary transaction’’ includes preclearance of document, applications of amendment, cancellation and withdrawal and decennial report.
