19 Pa. Code § 3.3
Mode of payment of fees.

(a) A fee or charge shall be paid as provided by Subchapter B (relating to method of payment).
(b) Subsection (a) supersedes 1 Pa. Code § 33.22 (relating to mode of payment of fees).
