This chapter insures that housing accommodations and commercial property subject to the coverage of the act are operated and made available in a manner that does not discriminate on the basis of one or more of the following:

1. (1) Familial status, age, race, color, religious creeds, ancestry, handicap or disability, sex or national origin.
2. (2) The use of a guide or support animal because of the blindness, deafness or physical handicap of the user or because the user is a handler or trainer of guide or support animals.
3. (3) The handicap or disability of an individual with whom the person is known to have a relationship or association.
