1. (a) The Department will charge training providers a fee for each:

   1. (1) Curriculum evaluated by the Department payable upon submission of the application.
   2. (2) Person registered to participate in an approved training curriculum.
2. (b) The Department will charge installers an annual fee for the issuance of an individual installer certification.
3. (c) The Department will establish the fee rates by publication of a notice in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
