Grantees shall comply with the following Federal statutes and regulations regarding the development, sale, rental, financing or provision of brokerage services in housing, in order to prohibit discrimination; to insure equal housing opportunity; and to affirmatively further fair housing:

1. (1) Title VIII of the Civil Rights Act of 1968 (42 U.S.C.A. § § 3601—3619).
2. (2) Executive Order 11,063, 27 FR 11,527 (1962), as amended by Executive Order 12,259, 46 FR 12,531 (1980), and implemented by 24 CFR Part 107 (relating to nondiscriminatory and equal opportunity in housing under Executive Order 11,063).
