Fixture filing recorded and indexed as mortgage

(1) A financing statement filed as a fixture filing under ORS 72A.3090 shall be recorded and indexed as a mortgage on the real estate.
(2) ORS 79A.5230 does not apply to a financing statement recorded and indexed as a mortgage under this section.
