Or. Rev. Stat. § 67.655 – Grounds for administrative revocation

The Secretary of State may commence a proceeding under ORS 67.660 to administratively revoke the registration of a limited liability partnership if:

(1) The limited liability partnership does not pay when due any fees imposed by this chapter; or
(2) The limited liability partnership does not deliver its annual report to the Secretary of State when due.
