1. (1) If the Secretary of State denies a corporation’s application for reinstatement following administrative dissolution, the Secretary of State shall give written notice to the corporation that explains the reason or reasons for denial.
2. (2) Such denial of reinstatement shall be reviewable pursuant to ORS 183.484 and shall not constitute a contested case order.
