The Department of Transportation and the Oregon Transportation Commission shall review flat fee rates established under ORS 825.480 in each even-numbered year and shall recommend to the next following odd-numbered year regular session of the Legislative Assembly any adjustments to the flat fee rates that the department and the commission deem appropriate.
