1. (1) A person commits the offense of improper school bus markings if the person displays the words “School Bus” on a vehicle without such words being marked in the front and in the rear in letters eight inches high or higher and of proportionate width.
2. (2) The offense described in this section, improper school bus markings, is a Class D traffic violation.
