Riding as passenger on moped; penalty

[Formerly 487.746]

(1) A person commits the offense of unlawfully riding as a passenger on a moped if the person rides any moped as a passenger on a highway of this state.
(2) The offense described in this section, unlawfully riding as a passenger on a moped, is a Class D traffic violation.
