1. (1) A person commits the offense of violation of farm registration limits if the person uses or owns and permits to be used a vehicle registered under ORS 805.300 for purposes other than purposes described under ORS 805.390.
2. (2) The offense described in this section, violation of farm registration limits, is a Class A misdemeanor.
