“Trailer” means every vehicle without motive power designed to be drawn by another vehicle. Trailer includes, but is not limited to, the following types of trailers:

1. (1) Balance trailers.
2. (2) Bus trailers.
3. (3) Commercial bus trailers.
4. (4) Farm trailers.
5. (5) Pole trailers.
6. (6) Semitrailers.
7. (7) Travel trailers.
8. (8) Truck trailers.
9. (9) Self-supporting trailers.
10. (10) Special use trailers.
