1. (1) All health benefit plans, as defined in ORS 743B.005, shall include coverage of the human papillomavirus vaccine for beneficiaries under the health benefit plan who are at least 11 years of age but no older than 26 years of age.
2. (2) ORS 743A.001 does not apply to this section.
