The Director of the Department of Consumer and Business Services shall:
- (1) Notify the Oregon Insurance Guaranty Association of the insolvency of an insurer not later than three days after the director receives notice of the determination of insolvency.
- (2) Upon request of the board, provide the association with a statement of the net direct written premiums of each member insurer for the preceding calendar year.
