Or. Rev. Stat. § 705.010 – Definitions

As used in this chapter:

(1) “Board” means the Workers’ Compensation Board.
(2) “Department” means the Department of Consumer and Business Services.
(3) “Director” means the Director of the Department of Consumer and Business Services.
