- (1) If the Department of Public Safety Standards and Training proposes to refuse to issue or renew a license or proposes to suspend or revoke a license or proposes to reprimand an investigator, opportunity for hearing shall be accorded as provided in ORS chapter 183.
- (2) Judicial review of orders under subsection (1) of this section shall be as provided in ORS chapter 183.
