- (1) If the State Mortuary and Cemetery Board proposes to take disciplinary action as described in ORS 692.180, the board shall accord an opportunity for hearing as provided in ORS chapter 183.
- (2) Adoption of rules, conduct of hearings and issuance of orders and judicial review of rules and orders shall be as provided in ORS chapter 183.
