Certification requirement

[1997 c.580 §2; 2009 c.595 §1095; 2023 c.199 §6]

(1) It is unlawful for any person to act as a hemodialysis technician without being certified by the Oregon Health Authority.
(2) It is unlawful for any outpatient renal dialysis facility to authorize a person to act for it as a hemodialysis technician without being certified by the authority.
