As used in ORS 688.625 to 688.665:

1. (1)

   1. (a) “Hemodialysis technician” means a person who provides hemodialysis services as that term is defined by the Oregon Health Authority by rule.
   2. (b) “Hemodialysis technician” does not include a licensed health care provider if the provision of hemodialysis services falls within the licensed health care provider’s scope of practice.
2. (2) “Outpatient renal dialysis facility” has the meaning given that term in ORS 442.015.
