- (1) Violation of any provision of this chapter is a Class A misdemeanor.
(2)
- (a) In addition to any other sanctions authorized by law, the Oregon Board of Naturopathic Medicine may impose a civil penalty not to exceed $5,000 for each violation of any provision of this chapter, or of any rule adopted by the board.
- (b) Civil penalties imposed under this subsection shall be imposed as provided in ORS 183.745.
