As used in ORS 679.600 to 679.630:

1. (1) “Collaborative agreement” means a written and signed agreement entered into between a dentist and a dental therapist under ORS 679.618.
2. (2) “Dental pilot project” means an Oregon Health Authority dental pilot project developed and operated by the authority.
3. (3) “Dentist” means a person licensed to practice dentistry under this chapter.
