In the manner prescribed in ORS chapter 183 for contested cases, the Health Licensing Office may impose a form of discipline listed in ORS 676.612 against a dental laboratory registered under ORS 679.710 for any violation of ORS 679.700 to 679.720 or rules adopted under ORS 679.700 to 679.720 or for the commission of a prohibited act described in ORS 676.612.
