1. (1) The State Board of Licensed Social Workers may adopt rules providing for:

   1. (a) The temporary licensure of clinical social workers;
   2. (b) The temporary registration of baccalaureate social workers;
   3. (c) The temporary licensure of master’s social workers; and
   4. (d) The temporary certification of clinical social work associates.
2. (2) The board may establish by rule fees for temporary registration, certification and licensure under this section.
